STEP 1: Log in directly via my.ovoenergy.com or from the OVO homepage (see the steps above). STEP 2: Click the link that says ‘First time logging in?’. STEP 3: Enter your email address. If you’ve got more than one OVO account, they might ask for your My OVO ID too. Click submit.
